Oaxacan Hot Chocolate Cocktail Recipe with Casa Don Ramón

MAIN COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ½ oz. Don Ramón Punta Diamante Reposado Tequila
  • 1 oz Chocolate Cream Liqueur
  • ½ oz. Creme De Cacao
  • ¾ oz Heavy Cream
  • 1 bar spoon cinnamon syrup
  • 4 dashes habanero bitters
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • Cocoa powder (garnish)
  • Cinnamon stick (garnish)

STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients, except the garnishes, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and pour the cocktail into a chilled wide-rimmed glass and garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
