MAIN COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ oz. Don Ramón Punta Diamante Reposado Tequila
- 1 oz Chocolate Cream Liqueur
- ½ oz. Creme De Cacao
- ¾ oz Heavy Cream
- 1 bar spoon cinnamon syrup
- 4 dashes habanero bitters
- 1 pinch sea salt
- Cocoa powder (garnish)
- Cinnamon stick (garnish)
STEP-BY-STEP PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients, except the garnishes, in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, strain, and pour the cocktail into a chilled wide-rimmed glass and garnish with a sprinkling of cocoa powder.
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ENJOYING IT
Optional: light a cinnamon stick to release the aroma of smoked cinnamon. Serve and enjoy!
