S’MORE TEQUILA (Cacao)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Don Ramón tequila

  • 1 oz cacao cream (crème de cacao)

  • 1 oz marshmallow syrup

  • 2 oz evaporated milk

  • ½ oz maple syrup

  • 1 oz coffee

  • 1 toasted marshmallow

  • Grated chocolate

  • Ice

PREPARATION:

  • In a shaker, add ice, tequila, crème de cacao, marshmallow syrup, evaporated milk, maple syrup, and coffee. Shake until everything is well combined.

  • Pour the cocktail into a glass.

  • Garnish with a skewer of toasted marshmallow.
